Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Storelligent ("we", "us", "the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Storelligent is operated in India and these Terms are governed by Indian law. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Storelligent is a hyperlocal Local Business Operating System. It helps nearby customers discover shops, products, offers, and updates, and helps local business owners manage their online presence, communicate with customers, and grow their business.

The Platform includes a public discovery feed, business profiles, posts, time-limited offers ("seals"), polls, a product catalog, AI-assisted tools, and community features.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You may hold a public (customer) account and one or more business accounts. Business accounts represent a real, physical local business and must be claimed and verified by someone authorized to manage that business.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Storelligent. If local law requires a higher minimum age in your region, that higher age applies.

Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their shop information — name, address, hours, category, products, and offers. Misleading or fraudulent listings may be suspended or removed.

Claiming a business you do not own or are not authorized to represent is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account action.

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, text, offers, comments), but you grant Storelligent a license to display, distribute, and process that content as needed to operate the Platform — including using AI to analyze images for features like product search.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, fraudulent, or that infringes someone else's rights. You agree not to spam, impersonate others, or manipulate engagement (fake likes, fake follows, fake reviews).

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice, at our discretion. Repeated or serious violations can result in permanent suspension.

Some features are offered under paid subscription plans. Prices, features, and billing cycles are shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay; Storelligent does not store your full card or bank details.

Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings.

Storelligent uses artificial intelligence (including third-party AI models) to power features such as visual product search, content tagging, feed recommendations, and the business assistant chat. Photos and text you submit for these features may be processed by our AI provider to generate results.

AI outputs (recommendations, generated descriptions, matches) are provided as-is and may occasionally be inaccurate. Business owners and customers should use their own judgment before relying on AI-generated information.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, for fraudulent activity, or for legal or safety reasons. Where reasonable, we will explain the reason for the action within the app.

You may stop using Storelligent and delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Storelligent is a platform that connects customers and local businesses; we are not a party to transactions between them and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products or offers listed by businesses.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storelligent is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in-app. Continued use of Storelligent after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
